Infra - Workflow Template Design (INFWTD)

This one day course is suitable for anyone who needs to learn how to create workflow templates for any process in their organization.

To understand the content and successfully complete this course, a student must have a suitable knowledge base/skill set. The student should ideally have an understanding of Workflow functionality in Infra to successfully complete this course.

Within Infra Workflow Management, Workflow Template Design focuses on the creation of the templates from which all requests for change are generated. This full day course covers the complete workflow palette, thereby allowing change managers to create workflow templates for any process in their organization.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants should be able to:

• Understand how requests work in Infra
• Discuss roles and responsibilities in Change Management
• Understand the workflow interface
• Create, modify, clone and delete a workflow template
• Use the full workflow palette to create a workflow process
• Add tasks and define task dependencies
• Assign and authorize templates
