Infra - Screen Designer (INFSD)

This one day course is suitable for anyone who needs to learn how to customize Infra screens.

To understand the content and successfully complete this course, a student must have a suitable knowledgebase/skill set. The student must have an understanding of Infra functionality and interface to successfully complete this course.

Screen Designer is a powerful maintenance tool for Infra, enabling easy customization of the application windows. This one day course is suitable for system administrators, service desk managers, change managers and other officers responsible for the customization of Infra screens.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants should be able to:

• Create custom screens for different configuration items
• Create and use shared data fields for requests
• Modify the Explorer menu
• Edit email templates in the server console
